Co-living is a popular innovative lifestyle trend that is rapidly gaining popularity across the country with fully furnished shared high-end homes featuring private bedrooms and bathrooms. Residents sign individual leases with all utilities included, enjoying access to shared amenities and services. Each carefully designed room at Boutique Homes is equipped with a double storage bed, comfort mattress, a bedside table, lamp, closet, mirror, iron & ironing board, and hangers, wardrobe, multiple sets of drawers, tall drawers, and cabinets, all furnished with stylish and modern decor for your comfort and convenience. Additionally, each room features ensuite shower rooms, functional desks and chair, and your own private fridge-freezers. Feel free to unpack your belongings upon arrival and immediately begin enjoying your new co-living space.
We've got you covered with cooking pots, pans, utensils such as pans, roasting trays, pizza trays, chopping boards, knives, tin openers, cheese graters, sieves, along with kitchen appliances like a double toaster, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and kettle. The kitchen is equipped with double ovens and hobs, two fridges and freezers, a 50-inch TV with Netflix, ample workspace, cozy seating, and a spacious 8-seater dining table. Whether you're working, relaxing, or dining, the space is designed for your comfort and convenience.

You're welcome to bring small personal items like cutlery, TVs, and decorations to make your space feel like home. Just remember to keep the rooms' original design intact and avoid moving or removing any existing furniture.
Our dedicated cleaning team conducts weekly cleaning sessions.
The cleaning service focuses on communal areas within the building, including the cafe kitchen, dining area, hallways, and cycle storage/laundry room.
For an added convenience, we can arrange private room cleaning for an extra fee. If you are interested in this option, please feel free to let us know.

Absolutely! Your bedroom will feature a master key system, enabling you to secure your personal space when you're out. This key will also provide access to the building. Additionally, we maintain security cameras at external entrance doors and the cycle storage room. Furthermore, all windows are fitted with security handles for added safety.
