Additionally, each room features ensuite shower rooms, functional desks and chair. Feel free to unpack your belongings upon arrival and immediately begin enjoying your new co-living space.

We've got you covered with cooking pots, pans, utensils such as pans, roasting trays, pizza trays, chopping boards, knives, tin openers, cheese graters, sieves, along with kitchen appliances like a double toaster, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and kettle. The kitchen is equipped with double ovens and hobs, two fridges and freezers, a 50-inch TV with Netflix, ample workspace, cozy seating, and a spacious 8-seater dining table. Whether you're working, relaxing, or dining, the space is designed for your comfort and convenience.

At Boutique Homes, our goal is to cultivate a calm and creative living environment for all our residents. To uphold this standard, we have established a set of essential guidelines that we kindly ask everyone to adhere to.
1. Respect your fellow residents.
2. Any damage resulting from negligence will be the responsibility of the resident(s).
3. Be considerate and respectful towards your neighbors in the building.
4. Promptly change and dispose of rubbish when bins are full.
5. Kindly clean up the kitchen and bathroom after use.
6. Each tenant has a private shelf in the fridge, freezer and a designated cupboard and drawer in the kitchen area.
7. Smoking is not permitted in the building
8. Please refrain from loud noise after 10 pm to ensure a peaceful environment.
9. Let's keep the atmosphere calm; parties are not permitted. -
Do the rooms come with high-speed WiFi internet? The entire building is equipped with high-speed business Wi-Fi, hardwired Cat5 cable connection points, and USB plug sockets in every room for your convenience.

6 months is the minimum contract period to secure your room for the first time. If you decide to stay on after the 6 months please let us know and you can be moved to a 6 months rolling contract.

Regrettably, the property is limited to 8 residents under the Ribble Valley Council planning regulations. With 8 rooms available, we can only accommodate a maximum of 8 individuals.

You're welcome to bring small personal items like cutlery, TVs, and decorations to make your space feel like home. Just remember to keep the rooms' original design intact and avoid moving or removing any existing furniture.

Our dedicated cleaning team conducts weekly cleaning sessions.
The cleaning service focuses on communal areas within the building, including the cafe kitchen, dining area, hallways, and cycle storage/laundry room.
For an added convenience, we can arrange private room cleaning for an extra fee. If you are interested in this option, please feel free to let us know.

Rest assured, we conduct a thorough screening process before welcoming new co-livers. This includes background and personality checks where we inquire about the reasons for residing in the Ribble Valley. By gathering this information, we assess compatibility with current residents in the apartment to foster harmonious living environments. Additionally, there may be an introduction call arranged between new and existing co-livers to establish a connection right from the start.

While we don't offer private parking, we do provide convenient alternatives:
1. On-site bike storage for each coliver.
2. Clitheroe train station is a mere 100 meters away.
3. A bus stop is conveniently located across the road.
4. Close proximity to Ribble Valley public car parks, offering daily or annual parking passes starting from £70 for 12 months. -
Absolutely! Your bedroom will feature a master key system, enabling you to secure your personal space when you're out. This key will also provide access to the building. Additionally, we maintain security cameras at external entrance doors and the cycle storage room. Furthermore, all windows are fitted with security handles for added safety.
