With over 20 years of immersive experience in creative design and marketing, I’ve had the privilege of co-founding and leading a global agency that grew to 350+ talented individuals. Together, we achieved remarkable milestones, yet I always attribute our successes to the dedication and brilliance of our exceptional team.
That’s why I’m always people-first, and I bring this mindset to Boutique Homes.
Currently, I serve as a silent investor in this agency, allowing my partner Sara and I to solely focus on our true passion: property investment and renovation. Building new life into spaces and witnessing their transformation brings me immense satisfaction and something I focus on every day.
During the years of building our creative agency, I’ve had the privilege of leading the design, project management and renovation of numerous offices worldwide. Here’s where I truly thrived, as I helped transform empty spaces into high-end, Google-style offices that not only revitalised buildings, but also enhanced our organisational culture and environment.
My journey as a digital entrepreneur has been honoured with prestigious titles, including UK Digital Entrepreneur of the Year and National Entrepreneur of the Year — two awards showcasing my unwavering commitment to the daily grind of business growth.

When I’m not busy transforming spaces, I cherish every moment with Sara and our two wonderful daughters. Whether I’m riding trails on my mountain bike, carving slopes on my snowboard or releasing pent-up energy on the football pitch or gym, staying active is essential to my lifestyle.

I’m known for my creativity in transforming spaces. The passion and drive to evoke emotions led me to embark on this journey to create interiors that not only resonate with my own family, but also those who seek memorable living experiences.
My journey in interior design started in my family home and our holiday retreat in Spain. By creating these environments to be inviting and cherished by my loved ones, I discovered the knack for creating atmospheres that people want to spend time in. It only made sense to share this gift with others — that’s the foundation of Boutique Homes. Here, my mission isn’t to just create a place for people to live, but also craft experiences that last a lifetime.
Away from work, I’m a dedicated mother to two daughters and Mark’s wife, my partner at Boutique Homes. Together, we navigate the challenges and triumphs of our businesses, constantly learning and evolving and we delve into property development and management.
My diverse background includes experience in the building industry, fashion, retail, finance, childcare and I’m also a trained emotional intelligence coach. This multifaceted skill set enriches my approach to interior design, allowing me to really connect with people on an emotional level through transformative spaces.
